Drone problems at pavillion store.

Went to the pavillion store and bought a drone for my son for Christmas. It was given to him on Christmas day. We where not told that the remote needed batteries. But that fine we sorted it out. Charging the drone battery few minutes later the charger melts. It was then returned to store by my husband as the remote worked and the drone didn't. It gets replaced by the store but not tested by the store. To get home and now the drone works and not the remote. What in the hell on these people selling to us rejects. And not like it was cheap. I have sent a message on their website stating what happen and no response to date.
