Does not Accept R200 notes
How Toys R Us can rip a child's heart to shreds. we went to Black Heaths Toys R Us in Randburg today where my 7 year old boy wanted to buy himself a Lego set with some birthday money. He gets to the cashier and they tell him that they cannot accept his money because the R200 note that he had can not be accepted due to it not having Mandelas head on the note as it had the leopards head on it. The cashier said to me that there is nothing wrong with the R 200 note but the bank they work through returns the money to them thus they cannot accept it. What utter BS.... This is not a note that was recalled in 2005 and is legit money it has the 5 diamonds bellow the head.... Great going just another example of SA mentality ....

Well done Toys R Us you have lost a customer and a future supporter by telling a kid his money is worthless in your store .....
Many thanks for bringing this to our attention.
