Dismal effort at customer experience

They don't offer the option to speed up shipping or change shipping information of orders even at Christmas time and there is no option to cancel an order when you finally see the ridiculous time frame for shipping. When calling customer service I'm on hold for 30 mins and then my call gets dropped. No response to emails or online contact form. Such a **** I will never buy from them again
