Disgusting service from Toy r us. They are off no help

Disgusting service recieved. I misplaced my receipt and asked for my proof of purchase to be kindly retrieved as I know the exact time and date I was in the store and done my purchase. I bought a doll and a doctor set. The doll was so misleading. It said 10+ on the box in huge print and I decided to buy it for my 8year old. I purchased it. And only once I opened it i noticed how false and misleading to the customer. It stated 10+ however right at the bottom in tiny writing it says 2+. It was so misleading I opened it to realise there's nothing different so why say 10+. It was very misleading and I want this returned but I am not getting any help. Very disgusted
