Disgusting service

Disgusting service at your mall of the south branch!! We live about 45km away from this branch in Walkerville and my 3 year old son got some money to buy monster trucks on Sunday 28th June 2020. So we went to your website and checked that the closing time of this branch on a Sunday is 17:00, so we decided to drive through. We get to the mall and hurry up the esculater only to find the store closed the time was 15:58. We pleaded with the security guard as the store still had customers paying and we knew exactly what we wanted! But he refused to let us in. We then demanded to see the manager as all the signs outside say 17:00 (even the covid 19 trading times) It took the excuse for a manager about 10mln to come to the door from the back just to tell us that there was nothing he can do and the trading time signs are wrong and he has been instructed by head office to close at 16:00. He in my mind was quite rude and when we said that we were going to complain to head office he told us to do that. Frantic as my 3 year old son is crying and doesn't understand why he cant get his monster trucks we decide to call your branch in The Glen about another 10 km further away who were open and we managed to get my son his cars.

This experience is totally unacceptable from a toy store with a useless manager given that we did everything right and a 3 year old doesn't understand why he cant get his R500 worth of monster trucks.

I hope this matter gets addressed !!
