Disgusting service

Hi

I went to mall of the south and booked in a car for to repairs for tevo since February and got nothing no feedback or anything which is highly annoying!!!!! As I took it to the store and was told I couldn't be helped then I called tevo they said to booked it into the I still got no response!!!?? Am I ever getting the car back
