DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!

Most disgusting service ever I booked my sons car for repairs in February got no response till end of July I collected one the 2nd of August wasn't repaired took it back today the manager was so rude he said that the car is not in warranty so it's not the stores issue but I booked it in warranty and you guys kept my car for months the manager even **** I gave the incorrect number and they have called when I checked the number the number is correct he said someone from the store gave a different number but then I asked why didn't he call my house he rolled his eyes and. Walked away this is bull**** behavior and expect better service I expect a call with a solution!!!!
