Disgusted

Iam very disappointed in Toys R Us.. My daughter got a Christmas gift that was bought from the Somerset mall branch.. The toy was broken before she could even use it. We went to exchange it and they just refused to help us. I explained to the lady it was a gift and we dont have a receipt and they just would not help. We ended up leaving with our broken toy in its original wrapping and going to another toy store to buy her a new chrismas gift. I also mailed the ToysRUs complain line and to date no one has responded. We will never buy from your store again.
