Disgruntled and dismayed!

I ordered a gift for a friend on the Toys R Us website on the 25th of May, after tirelessly trying to get through to them, I finally managed to on the 24th of June, only to be told the item I'd ordered was "out of stock, yet their website had allowed me to order it! I was then told that a refund would be processed on that day and it would take 10 days, I am still waiting for my money and I'm getting really agitated now!
