Disappointments R US

I have received absolutely no service from these people I placed an order on line more than a week later no update on the oder when I call they telling me about hub support that will call me back its been days no one has attempted to make contact with me chat services USELESS they respond every 2 to 3 hours and the call center representative could really not care less.....I wish I had known about this horrid business prior to ordering I wish I had taken my money elsewhere....still waiting not even sure od my children will have their gifts before Christmas...this company is a joke....if you love having your time wasted and a total lack of customer service...toys r us is definitely the shop for you
