Disappointing services

We were at Babies R Us this morning at Clearwater Mall. We wanted to lay-buy a kiddies bed which required that the bed be taken at the back of the store to be scanned, when a worker from the store ( Sanele Ndlovu) was asked by his colleague at the till to kindly fetch the bed so that it can be scanned, he told us how tired he is to fetch the bed and that his lazy to go fetch it. This was so disappointing, the attitude we were given as customers was so unprofessional.
