DISAPPOINTED GOODS NOT RECEIVED

I did a big order from your guys on Black Friday pleased with my order and excited to have my baby's stuff delivered. However, that is not the case. The courier company Sky net has been the most inefficient company to deal with. To date, I have not received my parcel and have no idea where it is. I normally order online and have never experienced such a service. I order from Suberlist, Zando just recently i received a parcel from FNB and before they deliver they ask you are you available can we deliver what time is suitable. NO not this rude company that is not customer service orientated. Now the reasoning behind me logging this is because my business deal was with you and it is your responsibility to have my parcel delivered without any damages or else rather refund me. And I can be sure not to order from you again until your have a more reliable delivery company.
