Disappointed, broken toys

Such a disappointment. I bought my niece a present in canal walk at toys r us. The morning of Christmas she opened it the basin was broken. I would've expect the company to have top quality as their high prices. It is actually disgusting. I drove all the way from Mitchells plain to purchase a broken present and had to explain to a sad child why her Santa brought her a broken present
