Disappointed

I have had my order placed on the 18th last month for an order which was supposed to have been delivered 4-7 working days. Its the 4th and no communication or reason for delays! Iv tried various ways to communicate to understand why my product which was expected for Christmas has not arrived, I have not received a response to my email. Am very dissapointed and as much as my business may be meaningless to them, I'm gona say this was my last buy at this shop!
