Defect goods *******

I bought a walking ring for my son two months ago and suddenly the sound doesn’t work anymore. I took it back to a toys r us store and the guy told me that the 30 days expired already and that they will have it repaired however he doesn’t know when that would be. I am so frustrated because if it can break in two months what would break next if it gets repaired? It shouldn’t have broken so quickly. I asked if I can’t get a voucher than and purchase another walker and he said no. What if they finally fix the walker and my son walks by that time. I spend thousands of rands at this store monthly and this is the service I get. I would rather buy the stuff from another retailer but for now I’m done with toys r us
