I am beyond livid with the service I got from toys r us Cresta Mall. Of which my sister went to the store to be assisted with 2 defected cyclone toy cars and store batteries , which I spend R1159. 62 as Christmas presents for our boys. But turned out to function for 1 day, the next day both cars are not longer working, of which one of the cars was slow on the first day which we thought it could be a battery fault, then the other just stopped functioning total the next day ... When my sister got to the store one of the sales man was about to exchange the toy cars, when a cashier lady stopped him from exchanging the cars, and advised that they are out off warranty as toy r us warranty is 30 days for manufacturers warranty and can not help her .. So I as a consumer have lost R1159. 62 for a 4 month old car that only worked for a day... With no assistance from toy r us which I don't understand if this how this big company toy store sells faulty toys wit no customer service for client with their hard earned cash for the well being of keeping kids happy for Christmas ... I have have logged assistance request from their online service center which they sent a received confirmed of my query which they Wil get back to me in 36 hours that was on the 2nd of Jan 2020 , which they didn't.. Then I did the service thing again quoting the reference No. (39736) ... Then the was no respond till today..
