Dangerous AAA Battery - Is Safety not a concern for them ?

<p>I bought toys r us branded batteries, in this case AAA batteries at the vaal mall.</p> <p>I have inserted this battery together with 2 others in a light device.</p> <p>It worked for a month then all of a sudden it stopped working.</p> <p>After investigation I found that the one battery’s polarity is reversed. </p> <p>This is a very strange event !</p> <p>This can cause a fire in a kids toy !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I mailed the Toys r us email several times, I called thier telephone line only to be directed to a answering machine every time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very bad service considering this is such a huge safety issue.</p> <p> </p>
