Damaged goods

Myself and my friend bought Kurio tablets for our kids the previous Christmas. Her one child cracked his screen. I contacted Laceys on behalf of a friend last year August regarding a screen that was cracked so that they could advise where she could take it for repairs. She then dealt with them and ended up taking it to someone else to repair. A month later both my tablets gave me issues with charging. I sent it to TRU Mall@ Reds and one was reported a motherboard fault and the other the charger itself. As Laceys (which TRU sent it to) is in Durban they couriered it there and the one's screen got broken in transport. After they confirmed that it got broken by Skynet they replaced the screen and sent it back to me. Since I received it, I reported the screen to be faulty and have weak spots (black spots) on the screen. Judy contact me and said that the screen has to melt and this is the reason for the spots. Not even a week thereafter the screen started cracking on the one weak spot. Now they claim that I broke the screen in the first place and wont replace it. Even after having a discussion and explaining that it was not my tablet I queried about in Aug and mine broke long thereafter
