Damaged bicycle
Hi , I bought a bicycle at Toys R us in rustenburg waterfall mall for my son birthday last year July, the consultant assured me it has a 6 month return policy to be exchanged for a new one invade there's mechanical failure....i returned it hence the pedals where damaged after a month bought, but they refused me an exchange nor coming with a solution to this matter.the manage said there's nothing she can do abt the matter because they can't exchange it...up until today the bicycle it's still at the shop damaged and my son ddnt hardly enjoy his birthday present.....

Kindly be advised that feedback has been relayed.
Upon escalating your complaint , We have been advised that upon assessment it appeared that the internal shaft was pushed into the plastic housing of the pedal, which resulted in the pedal not rotating when cycled. We have also been advised that the unit comes with a supplier warranty which only covers the frame and bicycle spokes however the manager has contacted the supplier whom have agreed to assist with replacing the pedals only.
