Customer service excellence from SW Mall’s Toysrus Manager Walleed

I am so impressed with the store manager, Waleed at the Somerset West Mall branch. It was very busy in the shop as everyone was doing Christmas shopping & their came a couple with lots of coins & he was so patient with them & assisted them so calmly. I would’ve lost my Cool & panicked as the queues were so long but the way he handled the situation was admirable. He put more cashiers at the tolls & even helped the customers himself. Thank you sir for your customer service excellence & I hope your superiors will realize the gem they have in you. Also thanks so much for solving my sister’s query & for safely keeping the watch that we forgot at the till. You are remarkable!
