Customer order cancelled NO Notification

I have just tried calling the Head office again with no response I tried calling the ***number still no answer... And I've just checked on the website to see the item I purchased but order was cancelled, is now R2000 extra seriously my order was cancelled with out notification of incorrect delivery I need a contact person to speak to at ToyRUs
