Cry Babies Dolls

Dear fellow Mom's and Dad's,

We bought our daughter a Cry Babies doll for her 6tg birthday. She was utterly in love with this doll and treated it like a new born. Just one month in, we were driving to school and she burst into tears saying "Mommy, my dolls leg is broken!" I immediately checked the doll to see that it wasn't a leg that just popped in, but saw it was actually broken. I took it back to #Toys R Us Fourways Mall that afternoon with my proof of payment. Nonchalant staff were not overly eager to assist, but at my insistence said they would contact the supplier. They called me two days later to say #Laceys would not assist, they do not repair, they only repair their tablets. A few fights later and I have had no success.....

I am disgusted that a doll costing this amount of money lasts just longer than a month and then, you are so unwilling to help and assist, despite the product being very able to be fixed.

Were it not for the fact that my daughter is in love with the doll and devastated about its damage, I would happily throw it in the dustbin.

Please be warned, these dolls are hopelessly inferior and when you do try and sort out the problem neither #Toys R Us Fourways Mall or #Laceys are willing to assist. I am disgusted..... Toyzone, you have gained a loyal shopper.
