CHRISTMAS GIFTS NOT DELIVERED

I see ToysRUs does not even respond to bad reviews. My last email of many to their CUSTOMER NEGLECT Department to which I had NO RESPONSE says it all:

You did not proceed with the order as promised.

You were not in contact with me regarding the progress of the order as promised.

The status on my order remained as ready to pick for 5 working days.

I followed up and then received a call today 5 working days later to say you don't have the items in stock.

I did not have Christmas gifts for my grandchildren.
