Cheats

I have placed an order online on Friday the 27th November 2020 around 3 -3:30 am.I have attached proof of payment or the order I placed, to date, I have not received confirmation of my order after I paid, I do not have a tracking number. I logged on to my account to view the order and there is nothing listed. Please urgently assist and advise. I am holding on the phone for the past hour now and no response. I have sent a message on messenger and facebook and no response from Toys R us. this is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
