Cell Phone Missing Poor Security

The security at Toys R Us Cresta is very poor. My husbands phone (Samsung S8 with purple cover) went missing at Toys R Us Cresta on Saturday 24 August 2019 and the security advised that they could not help us....we asked if maybe there was camera footage however no cameras in the store. Please up your store security. My husband is very sure that someone stole his phone out of his pocket.
