On 20 March 2015 I purchased a Cuddle Co Auto drive car seat from Toys r us. I don't use it a lot and it was standing in the house. I decided to wash the covers and upon covering the car seat the clips broke. I returned it to Toys r us in canal walk on the 6th of January 2016 and today 15 Jan 2016 after numerous calls waiting on an answer I called them and was told that they wont be able to fix the car seat let one replace it.<br> I think this is not fair because if I knew the quality of the car seat was so terrible I would've bought it and one of their store people persuaded me to purchase that car seat. I was also told by the manager that this car seat has been discontinued now I don't have to ask why.<br> Please assist me with this matter.
