Bubblegum tablet

08/07/2023 I purchased a 7inch bubblegum tablet, the tablet screen cracked and only two numbers were working. I took the tablet to the store for repairs on 21/10/23 and they said I will get feedback if it can be fixed. On Saturday 2/12/2023 I went Toys r us to find out what is the hold up. The store manager said he will call us on Monday after funding out from the supplier but even today there is no answer
