Broken promises...

Was trying to make a purchase on their Black Friday deals when the deals were first advertised a few days before. My purchase was a Nintendo Switch Oled which was being advertised at R8499. Sales were opened online and so I tried to make a purchase via my Pay Just Now App which allows you to purchase goods and pay them off over a period of three months - like a laybuy option but the item/s are shipped after the payment of your initial instalment. Got into the app and made my purchase and set off to the cart to make payment by adding my details and shipping information etc. When I tried to make payment the payment button was greyed out and I could not click on it. I thought perhaps I had made a mistake so I logged out and back in again. Again same thing happens. I try logging in from the Toy R Us website and still same thing happens. I left it and a day later received a few emails saying that I did not completey sale and that the order would be cancelled. I try again a day later and still have no luck. On Black Friday.... Guess what!?!? Ya not happening.... I try on the Saturday and then again Sunday morning, ******all. So I go into a Toys R Us store to see if I can make the purchase via the Pay Just Now option and they advise me that the option is not available and that the app option is offline. Several emails later (from Toys R Us) regarding the fact that I "did not complete my sale" I am still awaiting someone to contact me regarding their website that clearly dies not work. Why advertise a Black Friday special when a customer cannot make the purchase online nor instore?
