Bright Sparks Microscope and Telescope

So dissatisfied with the Reggies Bright Sparks Telescope and Microscope kit. My son received this as a gift and was so excited but to our disappointment it simply does not work. We kept trying thinking we were doing something wrong, but everything is a big blur. I've seen similar reviews on here dating back to 2018. Why has the packaging not been fixed to show that this is a toy and to manage expectations. My ten year old is so disappointed and has been rereading the instructions thinking he's doing something wrong. It's horrible to watch the frustration and sadness with something that was supposed to bring him joy. Fix the packaging, stop disappointing children.
