Bought toys online for christmas, received nothing to date

I bought christmas present from your company before christmas, they never arrived. Upon checking my order status it says order completed, so I contacted customer services and they told me the courier would deliver my package. It has been over a week now since I contacted customer service and I still have not received my gift. I either want my money back or my nephews christmas present, as I paid for a product I never received
