Boni 3 weel travel system.

Lasy year December I bought a Boni 3 weel travel system. 3 weeks ago I had a incident where the prams one brake was on and I push the pram with the brake on. After the pram didn't move fotward I realised what was going on and put the brake up. I continued to walk. As I folded the pram to put it in the car the back weel came off. It doesn't want to lock back I know I didn't buy an expensive pram and the quality isn't the same as a R5000 pram. But I am not in a financial position to buy a R5000 pram. I was so happy when I found a 3 week pram I could afford. Now I am just disappointed I have a 3 month old baby and no pram ? I would of thought the quality of the pram would of been better

I contact the head office twice regarding this. Got no response from customer care.

At this point I am so disappointed in the pram and their service I would actually just like my money back and go buy a different pram

Hi Thanks for coming back to me. But ad I explained to you on Monday that I didn't use force to push the pram. The problem I have is the quality of the pram. So if I go over a rock or gras or any roff service I have to becarefull because the wheel might came off. THE QUALITY IS THE PROBLEM I have a baby in there. She can't protect herself should it happen again. Thank God the wheel didn't come of while I was pushing her. Can you imagine if she fell ??? She is 3 months old. If I knew the quality of the pram was that bad I would of never bought it. Very very disappoint to say the least

Would of thought that the pram would of be able to handle a common mistake like that. I am sure I am not the only person who has ever forgotten to take the brake off before pushing the pram. The previous pram I had I forgotten the brake a couple of times but the weels never came off. Thanks for the offer to fix the pram on my expense. My husband already fixed it free of charge. And the best thing is that I didn't have to wait weeks to get it back. I would think twice before buying anything from Toys r us ever again. Clearly Toys R us are not worried about the safety of babies.
