Body shamed

I am absolutely disgusted in Toy r us Tygervalley branch . My 6 year old was body shamed by one of your staff members . Haleyne told my 6 year old that she has a fat stomach thanks to the lockdown . On top of it all I complained and chased not only the branch but the head office . This absolutely unacceptable no one returned my Calls etc . Except a Keren from your head office saying” she is so sorry “but toy r us did nothing to apologize as a company. This all happened after my 12 call to them !
