Black Friday Purchase - Still no Delivery and Empty Promises

On Friday 24th November I purchased some items. I have called numerous times and been reassured that my order would be received by the latest 6th December. I called on Friday the 8th and was then told by Ashalia that I would receive my order by the latest 12th December. When I called yesterday I was told that Ashalia had left the company and that "Derusha" had my order, (but was still looking for stock of 1 item), and I would receive it by Christmas. I asked if the order, less the non-stock item could PLEASE be sent in the meantime and was told that she 'would ask'. I now cannot get though to online or to Derusha whose mailbox is full and is 'not available'. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!???
