Black Friday Online Shopping

I am extremely disappointed in the Black Friday online specials for Babies R Us. The website kept asking me to log in and then there were more items to my cart as soon as I am logged in.

When I eventually were logged in with the correct amount of items, it threw me out as soon as I typed all my banking details and placed the order. This happened at least 6 times. At that point I didn't know if payment actually went through.

After trying for 2 hours, my order was placed. I received an order number. Payment did not go through and I assumed it would be deducted as soon as order is being released.

I am not the only person who had exactly the same problem, just look at their Facebook page.

How are they going to fix it? They aren't. According to the lady on the phone, there is no way that I will be receiving it for the same price.

I will never ever support your shop again as this is the worst online shopping experience.
