Black Friday Dissapointment

I purchased items online on Black Friday. To this day my order does not reflect in my order history on my profile whereas the money was taken. I have tried to call the customer service number but the phone just rings until my air time is up. I have sent an email to customer service and did not receive any response not even an automated email stating that my enquiry was received. I would like to be contacted ASAP to confirm my order and when it will be arriving or I would like my money back. This is really poor service delivery.
