Black Friday disappointment

Utterly disgusted by lack of customer service from Toys R Us. Black Friday purchase but like so many here, order has disappeared from my profile but moneys have been taken. Toys R Us are you that arrogant that you do not even attempt a reply to your customers after we have spent our hard earned money. My order no. is 34332 for the amount of R 2245.50. Honor my purchase.
