After being very disappointed with the Kolonnade branch, I phoned Brooklyn. Onica answered the phone, even with me being very irritated she remained calm, and even assisted me in Afrikaans (not her first or second language). She found the product I was looking for, gave me all the specs and details. When I went to buy the product she knew exactly who I was (a week later). And then when paying.... the product was marked down fron R1999 to R999. What a Christmas blessing
