I want to compliment Adrie for her assistance in exchanging a Barney toy that was no longer working properly. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, phoning me on a daily basis. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service and quick response. Thank you Adrie, I really appreciate your hard work and great attitude. My little grandson was so happy to see his Barney singing again!
