BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ARE SOLD AT TOYS R US

My son went in to buy some toys for his daughter...he asked for the Tablet he saw advertised...he was firstly told there was only the one left in the shop which we now believe was a demo model. He was told that the Tablet had up to 1000 games on it and with a sim card he could load more. After getting it home we found the drivers were out dated...had no sim facility and there was definitely not 1000 games loaded but four!!!When my son went to return it they said there was a plastic clip missing which we had not even known was supposed to be there and on that basis they were not going to refund my son. We emailed head office and because a clip was missing which had nothing to do with the Tablet but just seemed to be a clip to hang the Tablet from a peg or something they refused to reimburse us in any way for the R1800! My son had paid. THIS IS BLATANT FALSE SALES TALK and shows a total LACK OF INTEGRITY...taking money from a new father who is now left with effectively a paper weight!!!!! Disgusting
