Bad Service Received

I placed an order online on the 21.06; I received a ready for collection on the 22.06 which was not correct (The order was not ready). I have then had to call in every few days, most of the time being told they will call me back once they have found out the whereabouts of my order & I don’t always receive a call back. This morning I called to find out the parcel has not even been collected from Richard’s Bays store yet. HOW does it take over a week to collect a parcel? When is the parcel going to be collected because the lack of urgency is very apparent. No one seems to know what is actually happening. This was for my daughter’s birthday on the 27th, which has obviously been missed. Order number is #***
