Bad service from Toys r us

Customer service from toys r us is so bad. I went to wonderpark and spoke to a lady by the name of Farentia who promised to call me back after informing head office about my query. Guess what she never did. I phoned the head office and spoke to Ayanda Ngidi who promised to resolve my query and call me back. She also didnt call. I called again after 2 weeks and spoke to Sam Nkala who told me that there is no superior person who I can lodge my complain to regarding Ayanda's behaviour. I asked for complaint department and Sam told me Pria Govender is not around but my call will be trasferred to Ayanda as she is available on her desk. While waiting for Ayanda the phone was cut off and she still didnt return any of my calls. How I regret buying anything from this store.
