Bad service

Worst services of my life.

I bought puzzles from the store only to find out the puzzles on the box and in the box doesn’t mix up, theres no picture in the box to show thr correct picture format. I went back to the store, to fix the issue i had but service was poor. At first they didnt wanna help me cause I already opened and used the puzzle, they thn send me home to go donthe puzzles again so i can have proof of what i was talking bout. I did that. The Manager (Zanele) told me im telling her something whch doesnt make since to her. I honestly feel that i was been treated unfairly.
