Bad service and incorrect prices on shelves.

For the past 6 years we are receiving very bad service at Toys R Us Richards Bay. Every time we take items off the shelve and think we are getting a nice price for the item just to be told at the till that is not the correct price and the price amount on the shelve is incorrect. they then treat us bad and refuse to sell the item according to the price on the shelve.

example: On Sunday 18/08/2019 we went to toys R Us, my daughter saw an item and wanted it badly, the item was marked down form R600 to R400, by the till they tell us the item is R600, we toked the manager and showed him that the items on the shelf and the item price is R399, he then had to look for the correct item to show us that what my daughter needs to take other item that is on Special.

How can you put items on shelves that dint belong with the special??? and then when costumers take the items get told they wont get it for the special price? we toked pictures as proof of what is on the shelves.

after the incident they still did not go and rectify the items on the shelves.

We only have one toy store in Richards bay and are forced to buy from them.
