Bad service!!!

A few months ago, when I was pregnant, I collected my discovery gift box at Toys R us Tokai. In the box was a R100 gift voucher. I didn't need the voucher at the time, hence I never used it. On Saturday 30th March, I sent my husband to Toys R us Claremont to use the voucher, only to find that the voucher was not activated. I contacted the Tokai store and the consultant who answered the phone was very helpful and went to get assistance from her colleague and putting me on hold. Little did they know that I could hear the whole conversation. MARGIE who assisted her advised her that the voucher was not working, because it's probably not loaded, which made sense and I was thinking, maybe it just slipped the mind of the consultant that issued the box to me, to activate the voucher. However what MARGIE said afterwards not just embarrassed me, but insulted my intelligence. She accused me of and I quote "Maybe they used the voucher and now they trying their luck" ... I was extremely angry, who does that? Who treats their customers with such disrespect? I was and still am disgusted at the service. I will NEVER shop at Toys R us Tokai again. Arthur then came to the phone and saved the day by asking me to come to back to Tokai to have the voucher activated. I don't understand why a simple R100 voucher could not have been activated by the Claremont store or the voucher number given to Arthur over the phone for him to activate it. This Tokai store wasted my time and petrol!!!
