Bad experience at toysRus Hemingways mall

Since my phone was ****** in the store last year where there were not much people in the store at Hemingways mall in East London I have gotten no communication from the store where the staff including the manager had were very insensitive and showed no remorse or regret for what happened to me even though she was around the area where my phone dissappeared. Seeing the store still leaves a very bitter feeling in my heart as the attitude I received especially from the store manager was distasteful and unprofessional. The time between me relaising my phone wasn't in my bag after I'd had a conversation in the store with my phone and me leaving the store was literally 50 seconds. I was using my phone in the store then left the store. Realised my phone wasn't in my bag went back to the empty store and phone wasn't there. The only person that sympathized with me was one man whom I suspect was in maintainance, the sucurity guy and one male salesman who was at the back. The lady manager never and the other staff. The store should have cameras as per mall regulations but they did not and were not even sorry for it.

Thank you for your reply. The area manager referred me to the very store manager that treated me so badly and unprofessionally in the store. If that's how you handle things you should really try other methods shame. This is unacceptable.
