BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased an some items with Black Friday 2020. I've been struggling to trace my order for over a week now. When I phone I just hold on forever and don't get to speak to someone. Last week someone was going to phone me back on Wednesday 9/12/2020 as they couldn't track my order with the couriers. I need to find out if my order will reach me before Friday as that's when I'm going on leave. This is Christmas presents.

I've send numerous emails as well but nobody replies. The customer service I'm receiving is terrible. This is very bad.
