Bad bad phone service

<p>I had a very very bad service from the lady called Busi didn't even get her name I was told by her manager Jackie that it could be her. I called in asking if they have a branch in South gate to my suprise the girl did not greet over the fone nor give her name when I asked her to she started being rude and I even askedbto talk to her manager but she insisted on being rude and she hang up on me just like that. Then I called again that is when I started talking to Jackie and she managed to calm me down, I am so dissapointed and angry I have never been humiliated like that in my life and I know Vaal Mall has very freindly staff so to my suprise there is one out of line person.</p>
