Bad Attidude

10/09/2018 i was looking for a present (Barbie Doll) to be specific, i ask a lady by the Name of Aaliyah about the prices, she looked at me with an attitude and told me the incorrect price, because she did not even check, when i went to the teller only to find it was a different amount, when i ask her about it she said they were doing stock take on sunday, but even when she explain she have attitude, so this lady by the name of Dimakatso came to me assisted me and even apologies on her behalf. why would you even have a person with lack of customer service.
