Toys R us canal walk!!! I purchased a 3 wheel pram the end of March at toys R us at canal walk.I was so happy with my purchase until I used the pram when the wheel alignment went skew and on top of that my baby was 2 months old at the time almost fell out of the pram While pushing and the pram tilt to the side😡so yes I have been using the pram for not more than 5 times!me looking up the return policy it said we could return before 60 days as long as we got the box and packaging.i told my husband to pack it in the box let's take the pram back.We come to canal walk toys R us I'm waiting for 15-20 Min to helped .I'm standing with my baby in my arms!then the one girl said I should go to Miguel bare in mind she told me wait he will come to me.eventually I had to go until by him!I told him the situation he ask do I have a slip I said no but he could check on the computer to see I have purchased the pram by them.he then told me I must go to the bank and get a slip.i told him I'm going to call my husband him and my daughter are somewhere in the store.i get my husband Miguel looks at the wheels and says but I used the pram a few times he can see I said yes I did how else am I to know about the situation .he then says he can get us new wheels and I asked for what?I said the pram is unstable and what if I just turn my back and my baby is in the pram then the people want to know where was the mother !I said to him so unstable is the pram .then he came up with all the excuses !I felt like I wanted to burst out crying cos he was going back and forth.I was standing with my child in my arms so I didn't want to make a scene!the pram has been here ever since and I'm not using it because I'm scared for my child's safety and on top of it I don't have another pram to use cos my money has just gone to waste!all I know is that no toys R us will see me again!and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase at toys R us.
