Babies R Us black Friday specials

Friday morning 12:01 I received an email from Babies R Us saying that their online deals are now available. I followed the link and placed an order and put in my card details. I received confirmation of the order via email order ********** 42. At 6:00 I noticed that the money hadn't left my bank account and emailed them. I received a reply at 18:00 saying that it hasn't been paid yet. I then asked how I can pay it as their site keeps crashing. I have screen shots of this as well as other people complaining on Facebook of the same thing. I got no reply, so i tried a second time to redo the order and pay, their site crashed again. I called this morning to follow up and was told that I would have to redo the order, it is no longer on special and that their site did not crash. As I said I have screen shots to prove it as well as screen shots of other clients complaints that it happened to as well. This is pathetic and the way you treat your clients is unacceptable
